Wranglers Unveil Promotional Schedule

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers, an affiliate of the NHL Phoenix Coyotes and the AHL San Antonio Rampage, announced today their promotional schedule for the 2009-10 season.

In addition to the previously announced 702.tv Thirsty Thursdays, the Wranglers offer a variety of other giveaways and theme nights throughout their seventh season.

Giveaways

The Wranglers season kicks off on Opening Night, Friday, October 16th, against the Utah Grizzlies. The first 2,000 Club Coast members will receive a Las Vegas Wranglers / Orleans Glass Tumbler. This promotion is one of several presented in partnership with the Orleans Hotel & Casino.

On December 19th the first 2,000 Club Coast members will receive a Wranglers Holiday-Themed Picture Frame. On February 5th and 6th, it is Club Coast weekend; each night the first 2,000 Club Coast members can 'Go Green' with Reusable Shopping Bags.

On March 19, 2010, the first 2,000 fans will receive Wranglers Fleece Blankets, and on April 2nd it is Wranglers Six-pack Coolers for the first 2,000 patrons.

Theme Nights

Several popular theme nights return this season in addition to some new fun!

A series of community-oriented nights kicks off with Military Appreciation weekend on October 23rd and October 24th as the Wranglers will wear special camouflage jerseys.

The community focus continues as Three Square Food Bank will be the beneficiary of Food Drive night at the game on November 6th. Look for Turkey Bowling during the first intermission!

The popular Sing for Santa night returns on December 4th as area choirs perform holiday favorites during the first intermission. Also returning during the holiday season is the Teddy Bear Toss on December 19th to benefit the Wranglers Focus School, Sunrise Acres Elementary.

The 7th Annual Midnight Holiday Roundup will occur on Tuesday, December 29th, with the puck dropping at Midnight.

The Wranglers and the Girl Scouts of the Frontier Council will celebrate the Girl Scouts of America birthday on March 12, 2010, with a Girl Scout uniform-inspired jersey and other activities!

Finally, it's time for more head-shaving for a cause with St. Baldrick's Night on March 14, 2010.

The Wranglers open the 2009-10 season at home on Friday, October 16, 2009, at 7:05 PM against Utah. 2009-10 season seat packages are on sale now at (702) 471-PUCK. The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Arena, located adjacent to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
