WICHITA, Kan. ¾ The Wichita Wranglers announce the following changes to the 2006 roster.
Wranglers infielder Brett Groves is added to the 7-day disabled list with a left knee injury. Groves has played in 4 games this season, batting .200 with one hit and one RBI.
Second baseman Walter Sevilla has been called up from Class A High Desert to replace Groves on the Wranglers roster.
This season, Sevilla is batting .182 with 4 RBI at High Desert.
Sevilla played 68-games for High Desert last season, batting .248 with 6 HR and 27 RBI.
Sevilla will be active for the 7:30 P.M. game vs. Arkansas tomorrow night at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium in Wichita.
