
World Series Trophy at Bowman Field

After closer Brad Lidge struck out the final batter on October 29, Phillies fans everywhere began celebrating a World Series Championship. During the on-field celebration, Phillies players had their chance to enjoy the trophy, and now Williamsport Crosscutters fans will have their opportunity as well.
The Phillies World Series Trophy Tour, presented by Teva Pharmaceuticals and Comcast SportsNet, will make its way to Historic Bowman Field on Friday as the Crosscutters host the Mahoning Valley Scrappers. The Cutters also hosted the trophy on January 14th at the Genetti Hotel as part of their sold out Hot Stove Dinner.
Fans will have the opportunity to view the trophy and take pictures. On-the-spot professional photos by Wenzel Studios of fans with the trophy will also be available for $5. The night will also include a World Series Replica Ring giveaway to the first 1,000 fans presented by River Valley Transit and WRAK Radio.
