Worcester Sharks Host "Pucks and Paws" Game on Sunday

WORCESTER, MA- Worcester Sharks President Michael A. Mudd announced that the Worcester Sharks will host their first ever "Pucks and Paws" Game presented by VCA Animal Hospital on Sunday, January 15 at 3pm at the DCU Center in Worcester when the Sharks host the Syracuse Crunch.
Dog tickets are just $10, with $5 going directly to the Worcester Animal Rescue League. Join your dog for a parade on the ice during intermission, enter your furry friend into the "Cutest Dog Contest", and enjoy the hockey game with your pooch!
Several local businesses and organizations that cater towards dogs will be on hand giving out information and special offers including; Immaculate Pooch Grooming, Especially for Pets, The Paw Pack, VCA Animal Hospitals, and the Worcester Animal Rescue League.
All dogs must be on a non retractable leash and pit bulls must have a muzzle on. For more information please click HERE.
Doors will open at 11:30am on Sunday for the 2nd annual High School Hockey Faceoff between Auburn and Wachusett at 12pm! Enjoy two hockey games for the price of one ticket!
Also on Sunday, The Worcester Sharks will be hosting a "State of the Sharks" at 1pm in the DCU Center Lobby with guest speakers from the San Jose Sharks Hockey Operations Department including keynote speaker, San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson. This is your chance to hear from the decision makers from the San Jose Sharks Hockey Operations Department!
With every Sunday home game this season, Kid's tickets are just $5 presented by Southwick's Zoo. Receive a free child's admission to Southwick's Zoo with the purchase of a full priced adult and kid's ticket!
