
Woodchucks Drop First to Green Bay

Wausau Woodchucks News Release
Wausau, WIS - The Wisconsin Woodchucks (13-19) dropped the first of a two-game, home-and-home series to the Green Bay Bullfrogs (13-20), 12-4, at Athletic Park in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Connor Heady (Kentucky) hit two home runs, a two-run shot in the second and a solo homer in the sixth. Heady is the first Woodchuck to hit two homers in a game this season and now leads the team with five on the season. He drove in three runs and scored two.
Steele Walker (Oklahoma) added two hits of his own and scored a run.
Devin Skapura (Texas A&M-Corpus Christi) took the loss for the Woodchucks. The Woodchucks are back in action at Athletic Park on Monday (July 4) against Madison. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. Order your tickets today by calling 715.845.5055 or going online to woodchucks.com.
