MIDSEASON'S GREETINGS
The Wolves finished the first half of the regular season with a 5-3 loss to Lake Erie, which snapped their season-best five-game winning streak; after 38 games, Chicago sits in second place in the Midwest Division with 46 points (21-13-1-3) and trails first-place Charlotte by two points but holds two games in hand.

--- MICHAEL DAVIES: Paced the team with 3 goals and 5 points in three contests last week, his first game action since Dec. 16 ... Amassed 3 goals, six points and a +6 plus/minus rating in 16 games this season ... Has bagged a goal in a career-best three straight games ... His first goal of the season on Jan. 11 was his first AHL tally since Feb. 5, 2011
--- JORDAN SCHROEDER: Shared first on the team with 3 assists and ranked second with 4 points in three games last week ... Notched his fourth multiple-point outing of the year on Saturday (G, A) ... Shares fourth on Chicago with 9 goals and third with 20 points in 38 contests this season ... Collected 4 points (G, 3A) in his last three outings after he registered 4 points (2G, 2A) in his previous eight matchups
--- MARK MANCARI: Held scoreless on Friday and Saturday, the first time since Nov. 4 and 8 he has been held off the scoresheet in back-to-back games, a span of 20 games ... Paces the Wolves and shares ninth in the AHL with 16 goals and ranks second on Chicago and is tied for 18th in the league with 32 points in 32 contests this season ... Shares second on the squad with 16 assists ... Recorded 21 points (9G, 12A) in his last 14 outings, which includes at least one point in 11 of those games and seven multiple-point contests ... Skated in six contests with Vancouver this year spanning two recalls
--- STEVE REINPRECHT: Saw his four-game point streak snapped on Friday, in which he tallied six points (G, 5A) from Jan. 6-11 ... Shares second on the team with 16 assists and third with 20 points in 27 games this season ... Skated in five contests with San Antonio before being acquired by Vancouver on Oct. 22 ... Amassed five multiple-point outings in his last 11 games and collected 10 assists and 14 points during that span
WOLF TRACKS
--- The Wolves conclude their season-high six-game homestand on Wednesday when they host Texas; Chicago has posted a 4-1-0-0 mark in the first five games of the homestand and has won nine of its last 11 outings at the Allstate Arena.
--- The five goals Chicago allowed on Saturday to Lake Erie was just the fourth time in its last 16 outings the team has surrendered four or more markers in a game, and the most since giving up six tallies on Dec. 9 at Rockford.
--- The Wolves have surrendered just one power-play goal in their last six contests (20 of 21) after allowing five man-advantage markers in their previous six outings (19 of 24); Chicago ranks ninth in the AHL with a 83.9 efficiency rating on the penalty-kill (130 of 155).
--- Goaltender MATT CLIMIE won for the sixth time in seven starts Friday night, stopping 32 of 33 shots in the victory; he has posted a 1.83 goals-against average and .935 save percentage during that span; the 28-year-old netminder ranks fifth in the AHL with a .927 save percentage and 13th with a 2.44 goals-against average in 18 games this year (12-5-0).
--- Chicago has bagged just two power-play goals in its last seven tilts (two of 29); the Wolves rank 16th in the league with a 17.5 efficiency rating on the power play this season (29 of 166).
