
Wolves sign Doell

The Chicago Wolves have signed center Kevin Doell (dole) and assigned him to the Gwinnett Gladiators of the East Coast Hockey League.
Doell, who did not appear in the Wolves season-opener against the Grand Rapids Griffins on Saturday, registered a goal and three shots in two preseason games with Chicago.
Last year, the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, native tallied a career-high 25 goals; 26 assists; 51 points; and 34 penalty minutes in 41 games with the University of Denver.
Overall, Doell notched 62 goals; 74 assists; 136 points; and 106 penalty minutes in 158 games with the University of Denver (1999-2003).
