Wolves Launch 12th Season in Omaha on October 7

The Chicago Wolves begin their 12th season against the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights at the Omaha Civic Auditorium on Fri., Oct. 7, at 7 p.m.
The reigning Western Conference Champion Wolves start their home schedule with a matchup against the Manitoba Moose at the Allstate Arena on Sat., Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. The Wolves will play 29 of their 40 home games on the weekend, which includes 17 Saturday matchups and six Sunday matinees.
The Wolves battle four new opponents this season, which includes West Division foes the Iowa Stars, Peoria Rivermen and Knights, along with the Toronto Marlies in the North Division. Highlighting the slate are two meetings each with the Philadelphia Phantoms - the 2005 Calder Cup Champions - and the Hershey Bears, marking the first time in three seasons the club will match up against an Eastern Conference team during the regular season.
