
Wolves Host Battalion for Family Night

(GREATER SUDBURY, ON) The Wolves return to home ice to host the North Bay Battalion this Friday for the second half of the home-and-home battle for their final home game of the calendar year. Puck drop for Friday's game is set for 7:05pm. The Wolves played the first game of the series with North Bay last night in the Gateway City. Following the Highway 17 rivalry showdown, the Pack will head the other way on Highway 17 on Saturday to face the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds for one final contest in 2022.
Friday's game is sponsored by Overtime who will be on hand with prizes and giveaways for fans throughout the game! One luck fan in attendance will have the chance to win $500 for Overtime Sports Bar & Grill. It's also Family Night! The North Bay Battalion come to town for the second time this season.
The Battalion have plenty of talent on their roster as their team features eight NHL prospects including Justin Ertel (DAL), Liam Arnsby (FLA), Josh Bloom (BUF), Matvey Petrov (EDM), Kyle Jackson (SEA), Tnias Mathurin (DET), Ty Nelson (SEA) and Dom DiVincentiis (WPG).
Quentin Musty and David Goyette continue to be a dynamic force for the Pack, they lead the team in points this season with 44 and 43 respectively. Goyette leads the team in goals with 21 on the season while Musty leads the team in assists with 33. Musty extends his point streak to 18-games and is tied for second in the league for assists.
