Wolverines Look to Pick up Crucial Points on the Road

The Anchorage Wolverines are in Springfield tonight, taking on the Jr. Blues for the first time in the 2022-23 season. Anchorage currently sits in sixth place in the Midwest, just four points out of a playoff spot. Springfield is in last in the division, and is looking to string a couple big weekends together to keep their season alive.

Andy Ramsey has been selected to represent the Anchorage Wolverines at the 2023 NAHL Top Prospects tournament in February. Ramsey, who was recently named Captain for the 2022-23 season, has 13 assists this year and is plus three through his 29 games played. As a member of the Midwest division championship Wolverines squad last season, he had 13 points and was a plus 16.

The Anchorage Wolverines are excited to announce that forward Fedya Nikolayeneya has committed to the University of Alaska Fairbanks for the 2024-25 season. Nikolayenya has 17 points with the Wolverines this season, (nine goals, eight assists) and has been a key part of Anchorage's offensive structure since joining the team in late September.
