Wojtek Wolski scored two goals Saturday afternoon, including the insurance marker into an empty net, and set the Brampton Battalion record for most goals in a career as the Troops defeated the hometown Oshawa Generals 5-3.

His second goal of the game was his 112th with the Troops, breaking the record of 111 set by Raffi Torres from 1998-99 through 2000-01.

Wolski now holds most of the Battalion's career offensive records, including goals (112), assists (165), points (277), power-play goals (47) and shorthanded goals (8).

Wolski leads the Troops with a career-high 77 points this season and has equaled a personal best with 29 goals. He needs 15 points in the Battalion's remaining 16 games to break Torres' club record of 91 points in a season, and is two assists from breaking Jason Spezza's club mark of 49 assists in a season, set in 1998-99.
