Dakota Wizards News Release
Friday (TODAY) March 7, 2008: 3:30 - 5:00 - Wizards players and front office staff will be at Gate City Bank downtown location (304 E. Rosser Ave.). Players will be signing autographs during the official "WIZ KIDS" open house. All fans, family and friends are welcome to join us for this program and get a free hot dog and pop at the same time. Other prizes will be awarded.
Saturday March 8, 2008: 11:00 - 1:00 - Wizards players and front office staff will be at Carpet World (501 Airport Road). Players will be signing autographs during the carpet world open house. All fans, family and friends are welcome to join us for this program and get a free hot dog and pop at the same time. 400 free tickets will be given away for this weekend's game vs. the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
Sunday March 9, 2008: 3:00 tip off - The Dakota Wizards will take on divisional rival the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Make sure and set your clock ahead on Saturday night for daylight savings time so you don't miss this Sunday's matinee starting at 3:00 pm CT. Also watch Wizards Watch on KFYR TV following the evening report. Find out what coach Ticknor is planning for the remainder of the season and what is to come March Madness.
Tuesday March 11, 2008: 7:00 tip - The Dakota Wizards will take on divisional rival the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Come cheer on the Wizards as they match up with Detroit Pistons assigned center Cheikh Samb and Ft. Wayne leading scorer Earl Calloway with nearly 18 points per game. The Wizards need your help during this years fight for the playoffs.
