Portland, Ore. - The Portland Winterhawks Hockey Club today announced the reassignment of forwards Jordan Duguay, 15, and Luke Myhre, 16, to their respective Under-18 programs in Canada.

Duguay, selected in the second round, #39 overall, of the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft, skated in five preseason games with the Winterhawks this month and will spend the 2023-24 season with Northern Alberta Xtreme U18 Prep in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL). Myhre, taken 106th overall in the fifth round of the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft, skated in four games during Portland's preseason and will play for Praire Hockey Academy U18 Prep - also in the CSSHL - during the upcoming campaign.

Both are eligible to play 10 WHL games this season as affiliate players with Portland.

The Winterhawks' roster now stands at 21 players, not counting players currently away at NHL camps.
