
Wings Win 8th Straight, Increase Lead in Central Division

Aberdeen 4 @ Brookings 1 - Brad Belisle, Stepan Pokorny, and Adam Pitters all had a goal and an assist in a 4-1 win over the Brookings Blizzard on Friday night. Shawn Kennedy also found the back of the net in the victory. Matt Vernon continued his strong play as he denied 20 of 21 Brookings shots. Ryan Green notched the only goal for the home club and Jack Caruso made 23 stops in the loss. The win was the 8th straight for the Wings and improved their lead in the NAHL Central Division to 3 points over the Austin Bruins.
The two teams will meet again tonight this time at the Odde Ice Center in Aberdeen. $10 general admission tickets are on sale now at any of the 4 C-Express locations in Aberdeen!
