Aberdeen 6 @ Brookings 1 - The Wings offense was firing on all cylinders as they demolished the Brookings Blizzard 6-1. Shawn Kennedy and Stepan Porkorny each lit the lamp twice in the win. John Sladic and Nic Sicoly also scored for Aberdeen. Matt Vernon had a easy night in goal as he made 20 saves on 21 shots. Shane Hathaway got the only goal for Brookings. George McBey made 20 saves while Jack Caruso stopped eight shots.

The two teams meet again tonight at the Odde Ice Center! It's College Night! Show a valid college id and receive a $6 ticket at the door! You can also ride the Wings bus to and from the Barnett Center, Bus pick up will be from 6-6:15 and will return after the game!
