Aberdeen Wings News Release
The Aberdeen Wings won their fourth straight game as they knocked off the Chippewa Steel 4-1. Huston Karpman had a goal and an assist while Jake Beaune, Antonio DiPaolo and Connor Beatty found the back of the net as well. Jake Sibell only needed 20 saves to win his fifth game of the year. Jaden Grant scored Chippewa's only goal of the game while Trent Burnham stopped 36 shots.
This not only completed the weekend sweep, but also the season sweep of Chippewa. The Wings will be playing within the NAHL Central Division from here on out. That begins with a home weekend against Bismarck. This will be the first meeting this season with our neighbors from the north. Games are Friday & Saturday at the Odde. Tickets are on sale NOW at any of the C-Express locations in Aberdeen for just $10, or upgrade at the door game night!
