
Kenai River Sweeps Fairbanks, Wins 10th Straight

Kenai River Brown Bears News Release
Max Helgeson scored the only goal of the shootout to propel the Kenai River Brown Bears to their 10th straight win, a 4-3 decision over the Fairbanks Ice Dogs. Helgeson netted a couple of goals in regulation while Peter Morgan also found the back of the net in the win. Landon Pavlisin stopped 47 shots and all three Fairbanks skaters in the shootout. Laker Aldridge led the Ice Dogs with two goals and an assist. Adam Eisele also knocked in a goal for Fairbanks while Mattias Sholl made 40 saves in the loss.
