Wings make more moves

The Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings have announced the signing of two players today - Abigail Sandoval, a third baseman, and Carlos Mendoza, an outfielder. Sandoval, 6' 0", 194 pounds, is from Bolivar, Venezuela. He is a righthanded thrower and batter. Mendoza, a lefthanded hitter and thrower, is also from Bolivar, Venezuela.

To make room on the roster, the WhiteWings have released infielders Juan Downing and Ramon Downing.
