The Spitfires captured the J. Ross Robertson Cup as OHL champions on Friday night by defeating the Brampton Battalion 2-1 in overtime. The Spits took the series 4 games to 1 for their second OHL title in franchise history.
Taylor Hall named OHL Player of the Week Taylor Hall was today named the Boston Pizza OHL Player of the Week for the week ending May 10 after scoring three goals and one assist for four points in three games.
During a Memorial Cup Rally and Autograph session at WFCU Centre the Windsor Spitfires were honoured by Mayor Eddie Francis with a key to the City.
