
Windsor Spitfires Acquire Colton Smith from the London Knights

WINDSOR, ON. - The Windsor Spitfires have acquired forward Colton Smith from the London Knights in exchange for Windsor's 4th round pick in 2025.
Smith is a 2004 born forward who was drafted by the Knights in the 2nd round of the 2020 OHL Priority Selection. Smith played in 41 games for the Knights and recorded 13 goals and 5 assists for 18 points in his first OHL season.
Colton is the son of former Spitfire player and coach DJ Smith. Colton was also rated 129th in the NHL's midterm draft rankings for 2022.
