
Windsor Rains Down on Halifax

(WINDSOR, ONTARIO) A 62 point second half lifted the Windsor Express over the Halifax Rainmen 98-91 on Friday night.
The Express (12-6) started sluggish, trailing 40-36 at the half and only scoring 13 points in the second quarter, but the second half was a different story.
Windsor won the third quarter 33-27 and took a 29-24 advantage in the fourth.
NBL scoring leader, Stefan Bonneau had a game high 27 points for Windsor, while Chris Commons hit 20 points and nine rebounds.
Halifax (2-12) got 16 points from Cheyne Gadson in the loss.
The Express are right back at it tomorrow night when they host the Mississauga Power at the WFCU Centre at 7:00pm.
