(Windsor) Spitfires Vice-President and General Manager Warren Rychel today announced that the team has acquired Peterborough defenceman Adrian Robertson and a second round pick from the Petes in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection.

In exchange, the Spitfires have sent defenceman Steven Trojanovic to the Petes.

"The acquisition of Robertson solidifies our defence and we also recouped a high draft pick at the same time, which bodes well for our organization moving forward. I'd also like to thank Steven for his contributions to the Windsor Spitfires on and off the ice; he will have a great opportunity to play a big role on Peterborough's back end. This is a good deal for both teams," said Warren Rychel.
