Syracuse, NY (October 29, 2002) â The Syracuse Crunch announced today the details of the first-ever trick-or-treating with Al contest. Young Crunch fans will have a unique opportunity to win a night of trick-or-treating with the world's only ice gorilla, Al, at Wednesday night's game between the Crunch and Philadelphia Phantoms. All children in attendance, 16 and younger, who come to the game in a Halloween costume will be able to register at the Advance Auto Parts guest service desk for the opportunity to win a night of trick-or-treating, Thursday with Al. The Crunch will randomly select a name from all entries and announce the winner in the second period of the game. All children in costume will be invited to join Al on the ice during the second intermission. For ticket information to the Wednesday, October 30 game against Philadelphia, please call the Crunch's sales office at (315) 473-4444, stop by the Oncenter Box Office, located on the State Street side of the War Memorial or call TicketMaster at (315) 472-0700.
