Osceola Magic News Release

D.J. Wilson collected a double-double, scoring a game-high 34 points and pulling down 11 rebounds.

"It's in our DNA to play hard," Wilson said. "We have to make sure we get ahead; it's tough playing catch up in the second half. We have another game tomorrow, providing a chance to turn things around. It's a new day, a new team, and we have the opportunity to finish strong before the All-Star Break."

Jett Howard also contributed 24 points and shot 42.9% (6-14) from deep.

"I'm happy that my shot has been falling lately; I would like it even more with a win behind it," Howard said. "We really want it; winning means a lot to us. We've got a hungry group of guys. You've got to have a short-term memory in this business; we want to come back strong tomorrow."

The Magic faced a significant deficit in the first half after they were outscored by the Blue Coats 57-42. Delaware extended their lead to as many as 18 in the second half before the Magic cut the advantage down to four with 1:16 left in the game after a clutch three-point shot by Wilson. However, Osceola's 21 turnovers proved to be too much to overcome.
