Will Conroy Voted to All-Star Roster

TULSA, Okla. Feb. 6, 2007 - GATORADE Call-Up Will Conroy has been selected as an All-Star to represent the Eastern Division team in Las Vegas during the first-ever NBA Development All-Star game on Saturday, February 17. Conroy was signed to a 10-day contract by the Memphis Grizzlies on January 30. The 6'2" guard left the 66ers averaging 15.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and led the NBA D-League in assists with 10.3 apg.
"This is a well-deserved honor for Will", said Tulsa 66ers head coach Joey Meyer. "First a call-up and now this, to see his progression from last year to now being a D-League All-Star, I couldn't be happier for him."
The All-Star game will be held on Center Court at NBA All-Star Jam Session, presented by Adidas at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The game will tip off at 4 p.m. CT and will be televised live on NBA TV.
The two 10-man rosters were selected by a combination of fan balloting on D-LEAGUE.com and voting of the league's 12 head coaches. Prior to the game, East head coach Sidney Moncrief (Fort Worth) and West head coach Joe Wolf (Colorado) will choose starting lineups for their respective teams.
