The 10-man rosters for the Eastern and Western Divisions were selected by a combination of fan balloting on D-LEAGUE.com and voting of the league's 12 head coaches.
The Eastern Division team will be coached by Fort Worth (18-8, .692) coach Sidney Moncrief, while the Western Division will be led by Colorado 14ers (19-8, .704) coach Joe Wolf. Coaches. Both coaches were selected based on their teams having the highest winning percentage by Feb. 1 in their respective divisions. Prior to the game, East head coach Sidney Moncrief (Fort Worth) and West head coach Joe Wolf (Colorado) will choose starting lineups for their respective teams.
Players selected to the All-Star Teams that are not on a D-League roster by February 12 due to GATORADE Call-Ups or NBA assignments will be replaced by the D-League office.
