Tulsa 66ers News Release

TULSA, Okla., Feb. 6, 2007 - The Tulsa 66ers opened a three-game homestand with a disappointing 84-91 loss to the Idaho Stampede on Tuesday morning in front of a crowd of 2,582 at Expo Square Pavilion.

Idaho guard Randy Livingston scored the game's only double-double with 22 points and 10 assists. Luke Jackson (16) and Jermaine Blackburn (13) were the only other Stampede players to score in the double-digits.

The 66ers were led in scoring by Denham Brown who added 28 points to his 9 rebounds. Also scoring in the double-digits was Mike Hall with 12 points and John Edwards with 14 points. Alan Anderson dished out seven solid assists. Recently assigned to the 66ers by the Milwaukee Bucks, forward Damir Markota grabbed eight rebounds with one blocked shot, but it wasn't enough to stop the Stampede.

Tulsa finished the game shooting just 43 percent from the field to Idaho's 47 percent. Tulsa outrebounded the Stampede 44-40. Tulsa was 5-of-14 from the 3-point line compared to Idaho's 7-of-22 from beyond the arch.

The win moves Idaho's record to 19-10 and drops the 66ers to 13-16.

The 66ers will play Idaho again Friday night. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. at the Expo Square Pavilion.
