Moncton Wildcats News Release
Bouctouche, NB - The Moncton Wildcats were in Bouctouche New Brunswick to take on the Halifax Mooseheads tonight. The Wildcats came out with a very strong performance before a sellout crowd of 1262 at the brand new JK Irving Center. The Wildcats won the game 5-1. Wildcats goals came from Allain Saulnier (2), Mark Simpson, Yannick Veilleux and Brett Malone. Halifax goal came from Brandon Pye. This was a spirited affair with lots of big hits and several fights.
The Wildcats go on the road to take on the Halifax Mooseheads at Acadia University in Wolfville, NS at 7PM.
The Wildcats are back in action Friday September 7th vs. Saint John Sea Dogs at the Amherst Stadium. There will be a pre-sale on Thursday August 30th from Noon until 5PM at the Amherst Box office and the Moncton Wildcats business office.
