
Wildcats Battle Until the End in Double Overtime - Titan Take the Win 5-4

The Acadie-Bathurst Titan scored with 6:14 left in the second overtime to defeat the Wildcats, 5-4, Saturday at KC Irving Regional Centre.
Francesco Iasenza scored twice for Moncton while Thomas Darcy and Anthony Hamel also found the net. Connor Richard contributed three assists.
The Titan have won the all-New Brunswick round-robin playoff tournament with a record of 4-2.
The Wildcats are 2-3 with one game remaining.
The game stayed scoreless until more then five minutes into the second period when Acadie-Bathurst struck first.
Iasenza tied the game three minutes later, rifling home a wrist shot from the slot.
Darcy's goal came on the power play with seven minutes left in the period.
The puck was fed to the right side of the crease where Jacob Stewart spun to his forehand but lost control of it. Darcy had raced in from the blueline to chop it past a sprawling Jan Bednar to give Moncton a 2-1 lead.
Iasenza made it 3-1 with three minutes left in the period, finding the net with a wrist shot that deflected past Bednar.
The home side got one back before the period ended, cutting Moncton's lead to 3-2.
The Titan scored two goals 21 seconds apart early in the third period to go in front 4-3.
Hamel's first QMJHL goal evened the score again with nine minutes to go in the third.
The blueliner was cutting through the low slot when he redirected a Mathis Cloutier wrister inside the left post.
Goalie Dakota Lund-Cornish made 38 saves in the loss.
