Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers are proud to announce that leading scorer from the 2022-2023 regular season Oasiz Wiesblatt (Calgary, AB) & local defenceman Josh Van Mulligen (Medicine Hat, AB) will partake in NHL Rookie Camps this coming week.
Wiesblatt, 19, earned a prospect camp invite from Columbus this summer along with Van Mulligen, 18, for Edmonton's camp as well.
Oasiz lead the team in scoring with 26 goals & 34 assists for 60 points, as well as suiting up in every single WHL game last season. The same can be said for Van Mulligen who in 68 games last season scored one goal and eight assists for nine points.
Both Wiesblatt & Van Mulligen will be away for the Tigers final pre season games with Swift Current this coming weekend.
The pre season will come to a close for the Tigers Friday, September 15 at Co-op Place against the Broncos and the following night in Swift Current.
Tickets are available via the Tigers Office or walk-up on game day, tickets are rush seating only for $20.
Season Ticket packages will be ready for pick-up during Friday's game and the following week starting Monday, September 18 to Friday, September 23.
