Omaha Beef News Release
OMAHA, NE: Aaron Straiten played Division I football at UNLV where he was one of the top wide receiver recruits in school history.
Coach Pimmel likes his speed. "His explosive speed really caught my attention especially with a 6'3" 215 pound package. He will be a great addition to the wide receiving core as we formulate our offense attack. Aaron will possibly be used on kick returns simply because of his quickness."
Not only productive on the gridiron, Straiten earned Academic All-MWC honors in 2006.
