Whitecaps Will Celebrate 11 Millionth Fan this Week

Where: LMCU Ballpark - 4500 W River Dr. NE, Comstock Park, MI 49321

What: The Whitecaps need just 6,009 fans to pass through the gates to hit the milestone of 11 millionth Fan!

Since the Whitecaps' inception in 1994, a total of 10,993,991 fans have passed through the gates of LMCU Ballpark. The Whitecaps have averaged more than 400,000 fans per year over the team's first 27 seasons and broke the existing then-Class A Minor League Baseball attendance record in each of their first three seasons, including their highest total to date of 547,401 fans in 1996. The Whitecaps were promoted to High-A status by the Detroit Tigers in December 2019.

The Whitecaps celebrated their 10 Millionth Fan in June of 2018.

The 11-millionth fan is projected to enter the gates on either Tuesday, June 28, or Wednesday, June 29. Gates open at 5:15 p.m. and the games start at 6:35 p.m. That fan will be celebrated with a $1,111 Whitecaps gift card, 11 tickets to 2022 Whitecaps games, a Whitecaps baseball cap, and a personalized Whitecaps jersey.
