
Whitecaps FC Add Waitlist for the White Section

VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC have now added a waitlist for 2014 season tickets in the White section. Currently, there are no available seats in either the Green or White sections at BC Place. To join the waitlist, call 604.669.9283 ext. 2 or visit whitecapsfc.com/tickets .
"Momentum is quickly building towards our 40th anniversary season," said Whitecaps FC chief operating officer Rachel Lewis. "Maintaining our soccer configuration is vital to creating the intimate and electric atmosphere that we see at every match at BC Place. We strongly encourage fans to act now in order to secure their seats for 2014."
On December 1, all 2013 season tickets which have not been renewed will be released and made available through the season ticket holder seat relocation process. On December 16, all remaining seats in the White and Green sections will become available to those on the waitlist - on a first come, first serve basis - followed by the general public.
Whitecaps FC 2014 season tickets start at just $349, subject to applicable fees. Season ticket holders receive a number of benefits, including:
Significant savings over single match tickets
The first right of refusal on tickets for international friendlies and playoffs
The opportunity to purchase pre-sale tickets for select concerts at BC Place
Discounts on Whitecaps FC merchandise and with Whitecaps FC pub partners
A dedicated online account manager that makes it easy to manage and transfer tickets
Season ticket holders also have the ability to participate in the loyalty rewards program, which this year offered over 1,200 prizes, including player-signed memorabilia and EA SPORTS FIFA 14. Fans also had the opportunity to use their 'Caps Card points on exclusive experiences such as a trip to Portland to watch the "ÃËCaps take on the Timbers, and the chance to be a team reporter for a day.
Added this year is a new referral program, which will help fans save even more on 2014 season tickets. Fans who refer their family and friends will receive a six per cent commission credited to their account, while the new season ticket holder will receive a six per cent discount on their purchase.
