October 12, 2022 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Brandon Wheat Kings News Release
The Brandon Wheat Kings have partnered with FanSaves, a digital coupon platform that gives fans free access to discounts and deals from the team's sponsors.
"We're so excited to join FanSaves- Our fans have more offers and in-game promotions activations than ever before" said Brandon Wheat Kings Director of Game-Day Operations Chris Falkevitch. "It used to take a physical ticket to redeem on certain promotions, now it is all convienently on FanSaves. Plus now through our partners we can offer great general deals for our fans and even better offers for season ticket holders."
Currently on the platform there are 10 public deals that anybody with a FanSaves account can access for free and 10 more that are exclusive to Wheat King season ticket holders. That means Season Ticket Holders have 20 deals at their fingertips at all times through FanSaves.
The Wheat Kings join over 60 teams and organizations across North America who are currently benefiting from the FanSaves platform which offers fans more than 900 deals and discounts from affiliated brands, giving businesses a new way to market and promote their products and services while tracking analytics.
"At FanSaves, we're so excited to be partnered with the Wheat Kings so that we can help their fans and their season ticket holders connect with local businesses who sponsor the team all year long. Even on non-game days and in the off-season, people can get awesome deals just for being a fan" said FanSaves CEO, Shannon Ferguson.
As technology continues to have a growing impact on the sponsorship industry, the Wheat Kings are excited to be at the cutting edge of it while also promoting local shopping, as well as activating and engaging their fan base in a new way.
Fans, locals and visitors to the area can download the app or sign up for a free account at www.fansaves.com. They can then follow the Wheat Kings FanPage and immediately receive free access to tons of great, local deals. Season ticket holders can unlock even better deals with their Exclusive Access code, whichis their Keystone Account number - found on their profile page. Those who are unable to find their account number are encouraged to contact the Wheat Kings office.
Currently the Wheat Kings are on a season long 6 game road-trip taking them through the B.C. Division. They will return for a matchup against the Winnipeg ICE on Friday October 28th for "Willies Birthday" which will be a NEXT LEVEL NIGHT OUT with special pre-game activities, in-game specials and post game fireworks.
