Wheat Kings Dumped by ICE in OT

Cranbrook, B.C. - The Kootenay ICE picked up a 4-3 overtime victory over the Brandon Wheat Kings Wednesday night at Western Financial Place.

The line of Peyton Krebs, Jaeger White and Brad Ginnell was outstanding, combining for eight points. White (2G, 1A) and Krebs (1G, 2A) recorded three points while Ginnell (0G, 2A) registered two points. Krebs scored at the 2:09 mark of OT to give the ICE the victory. ICE goaltender Duncan McGovern stopped 27-of-30 shots.
