Friday, Mar. 4 - PENGUINS 3 at Lehigh Valley 0

Tristan Jarry posted his fourth shutout of the season, tying Matt Murray for the team-high in 2015-16. Dustin Jeffrey had two assists in his first game with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton since Nov. 11, 2011. Rookie Dominik Simon scored twice.

Saturday, Mar. 5 - PENGUINS 2 at Hershey 6

The Penguins' two trade deadline newcomers, Jeffrey and Matthias Plachta, scored both of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's goals in the loss at Giant Center. The goal was Plachta's third of the season and first as a Penguin.

Sunday, Mar. 6 - PENGUINS 5 vs. Hershey 4

Tom Kostopoulos became the fourth player in hockey history to play in 600 AHL and NHL games, and he celebrated by recording three assists in an answer-back win over the Bears. Carter Rowney netted the Pens' first hat trick of the season.

The Week Ahead

Wednesday, Mar. 9 - PENGUINS vs. Lehigh Valley

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton looks to string together two wins in a row when it welcomes Lehigh Valley to Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza. The Penguins have three of their nine shutout wins this season against the Phantoms.

Saturday, Mar. 12 - PENGUINS vs. Bridgeport

The Sound Tigers return to Penguins territory for the second time this season. Rowney has three goals in the three games in the season series thus far, and defenseman Will O'Neill has four points (1G-3A).

Sunday, Mar. 13 - PENGUINS at Bridgeport

The Penguins then shoot up the Long Island Sound for the back end of a rare home-and-home series with Bridgeport. Game time is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.

Ice Chips

- Tom Kostopoulos' three-assist performance in his 600th AHL game was his first multi-assist game of the season. The last time the Penguins captain had three helpers in one game was Mar. 30, 2003.

- Carter Rowney has 17 points (10G-7A) in his last 15 games.

- Rowney's hat trick was his first in the pros, and his first three-goal output since his junior hockey days with the Grand Prairie Storm (AJHL), when he had a hatty on Nov. 23, 2008.

- Tristan Jarry has made exactly 100 saves in his last three starts and boasts a save percentage of .917 in that time.

- Matthias Plachta's two-assist game on Sunday was his first multi-point performance in the AHL.

- Tim Erixon is one assist shy of 100 in his AHL career.
