Aberdeen Wings News Release
Your Aberdeen Wings (26-5-4-2) are hitting the road to take on the St. Cloud Blizzard (9-25-3-1) this Friday & Saturday night. These will be the 3rd and 4th straight games vs. the Blizzard. Last weekend the Wings swept St. Cloud at the Odde Ice Center, completing a 6 point week (Beating Minot on the road Tuesday). It's hard to believe but this will already be the last trip to St. Cloud this season. The two teams will meet again at the end of the regular season but that will be in Aberdeen. Aberdeen will look to continue the momentum of last week, in which they had the top two performers in the NAHL Central Division, Jakob Breault 1st star, 3 goals & 5 assists on the week. Mack Byers 5 goals & 4 assists earning him the 2nd Star of the Week.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7:10pm both nights. You can watch all the action at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Aberdeen or by logging on to HockeyTV.com. Tune into 94.1 The Rock, HubCityRadio.com or The Rock App. to listen to the action. The Wings will continue their road trip next weekend when they head to Bismarck for a pair of games. The Wings will be taking a fan bus on Saturday February 1st, tickets are just $50. Call Aaron @ 605-380-5852 to reserve yours today!
