Weekend Preview: Series at Home

Omaha Lancers News Release


RALSTON, NE - The Omaha Lancers (5-7-3-0) will take on an Eastern Conference opponent, the Muskegon Lumberjacks (8-6-1-0), in a weekend series at Ralston Arena.

The two teams have not seen each other since December 15th and 16th of last year for a weekend series at Ralston Arena. The Lumberjacks took game one shutting out the Lancers 4-0. On Saturday, the Lancers won in overtime by a final score of 1-0. Harry Roy, who is now a Lumberjacks, won the game for Omaha in the extra frame.

The Lumberjacks have gone 7-2-1-0 in their past ten games, while the Lancers are 3-5-2-0 in their past ten.

Puck drop for both Friday and Saturday is at 7:05 pm. The action can be heard on News Talk 1290 AM and seen on HockeyTV. Saturday is also Free Youth Jersey Night, the first 500 kids into the game will receive a Lancers jersey from Play It Again Sports.
