Watertown, NY - The Watertown Wolves, proud members of the Federal Hockey League, will be kicking off the holidays this weekend with home games both Saturday and Sunday. This past weekend the Wolves took on both the Dayton Demonz and the Danville Dashers. During their road weekend the Wolves won on both Thursday against Dayton and Saturday against Danville 5-4 and lost on Friday 4-5 to Danville. The team will go on the road on Friday to play the Danbury Whalers and will be back in town for games on both Saturday, December 20th at 7:35pm and Sunday, December 21st at 5:05pm.
On Saturday, December 20th the Wolves will play at home versus the Danbury Whalers featuring Ugly Sweater night with a contest that will take place during the first intermission. The ugliest sweater will be judged by a guest panel. The winner will receive a four pack of tickets to a Watertown Wolves home game. During the Sunday, December 21st game which starts at 5:05pm, the team will be accepting donations on behalf of the Christmas Crusade 4 Kids in conjunction with Tunes 92.5 and Jreck Subs. With a minimum of a ten dollar toy donation that evening, fans can enter the game for free. Santa Claus will also be dropping the puck that evening and will be available for pictures.
