Waterloo Black Hawks Players of the Week are listed below. Each Monday, the team's players of the week are selected by the Hawks' coaches and staff and posted on waterlooblackhawks.com.

FishSticks Millwork Offensive Player of the Week - Patrick Russell

Russell tallied a goal and an assist during the weekend and served up a +1 plus/minus rating. He is currently the Black Hawks' goal-scoring leader with six this season.

Denver Construction Defensive Player of the Week - Brandon Montour

Reestablishing himself as the league's top scoring defenseman, Montour recorded a goal and an assist in two games, while rating +1. He now has 12 points for the year.

UAW Local 838 Hardest Worker - John Wiitala

Wiitala led the Hawks with a +2 rating during the weekend. The veteran forward also tallied a pair of assists.

Convenient Care Heart of the Week - Tim Lappin

After missing four weeks with an upper body injury, Lappin returned to the lineup with a goal and an assist over the weekend. The Hawks' captain was +1.
