
Washington Mystics Set to Open Training Camp

Washington, D.C. - The Washington Mystics will open training camp on Monday, May 6, at 1:30 p.m. at Verizon Center. Training camp is not open to the public.
Washington's training camp roster features All-Star Crystal Langhorne, veterans Matee Ajavon and Monique Currie as well as newcomers Ivory Latta, Kia Vaughn and first round pick Tayler Hill.
Washington will play the Brazilian National Team in a preseason contest on May 15 and will travel to North Dakota to face the 2011 WNBA Champions Minnesota Lynx on May 18 at 7:00 p.m.

The Washington Mystics will open the 2013 season on Monday, May 27 against the Tulsa Shock in a game that will be televised on ESPN2 at 3:00 pm. Washington's home opener is set for June 2 at 4:00 pm against the Atlanta Dream. Season tickets for the 2013 season are currently on sale and can be purchased by calling the Mystics Sales Office at 1-877-DC-HOOP1 or by visiting the Mystics web site at www.washingtonmystics.com .
