
Warriors Select 5th Overall in 2013

The Western Hockey League held its annual Bantam Draft Lottery today in Calgary. Heading in the Moose Jaw Warriors had just two of the 21 balls for the Lottery, and will make the fifth overall selection in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft.
The Regina Pats won the Lottery, moving themselves from fourth to second. Vancouver will draft first overall, Prince George will have the third pick, Brandon selects fourth, and Lethbridge will make the sixth overall pick.
The Lottery only applies to the first round of the WHL Bantam Draft, for each round following the WHL teams shall draft in the inverse order of the final regular season standings. The 2013 WHL Bantam Draft is May 2nd in Calgary.
