Warriors Launch Hockey Camps

The Moose Jaw Warriors are proud to release the dates for their upcoming summer hockey camps to be held at Mosaic Place. August 12 to 15 players will be able to sign up for the "Warriors Kids Camp", while the "Warriors Elite Conditioning Camp" will run through August 12 to 16.

Warriors Assistant Coach Mark O'Leary will be the head instructor, while Warriors Head Coach Mike Stothers, Assistant Coach Mike Vandenberghe, current Warriors, and alumni will assist on and off the ice throughout both camps. Those taking part in the "Warriors Kids Camp" will receive two and a half hours of on ice time each day.

Having fun and skill development are the main objectives of the "Warriors Kids Camp". Registration is $250 (GST included) and each player will receive a Warriors Hockey Camp jersey. These camps will run throughout the day and are broken into three age groups, Group Hamonic 6-8, Group Brouwer 9-11, and Group Boychuck 12-14. All players who register for "Warrior Kids Camp" will also receive one adult and one child or student ticket to a specific Warriors 2013-2014 regular season home game.

The "Warriors Elite Conditioning Camp" will have a focus on high paced and high intensity practice drills and scrimmages. This camp is aimed at helping players prepare for upcoming Midget, Junior A, or Major-Junior camps. Registration for this camp is $230 (GST included) and it will run from 7-9pm.
