
Warren Earns First QMJHL Shutout, Cats Win in Québec City

Moncton rookie Keegan Warren was flawless in recording his first QMJHL shutout, leading the Cats to a 4-0 win over the Quebec Remparts before 10,000 fans at Centre Vidéotron on Friday night.
Warren made 27 saves and earned First Star honours, guiding the Wildcats to their 20th win of the season and adding to Moncton's amazing record of 12-0 when scoring the first goal.
Connor Trenholm scored the first period's only goal, his 6th. Vincent Collard continued his hot hand adding two more (17th & 18th) and Miles Müller (12th) hit the empty net late in the third to seal the win. Preston Lounsbury played another strong 2-way game with a pair of helpers. The Wildcats have now won three consecutive games for a 20-7-1-1 slate.
