Roughnecks Assistant Captain is a WANTED MAN and on the run.
Toth was charged late yesterday with wrongful assistance in obtaining a championship.
Roughnecks Captain Tracey Kelusky led the charge after Toth was awarded the Mann Cup Championship in Western Lacrosse Association summer league action.
Rumor has it the hunt for Toth will soon be over. Authorities say they are close to a capture and expect to have him in custody on Thursday afternoon
Toth is expected to be released on bail soon after the imprisonment.
"They had better set a high bail for him," said Kelusky. "A charge like this should not be taken lightly.
The Roughnecks organization is standing behind their man and currently collecting funds to release Toth.
"If any one is available to stop by and show their support for Kaleb, we know it will mean a lot to him," said Roughnecks General Manager Brad Banister. "I hope the fans are willing to assist us in releasing Kaleb.
Toth is scheduled to be picked up on Thursday morning and held at the Bow Valley Square Public Detention Facility until at least 1pm.
