Wahoos Place Rogers on DL

Pensacola Blue Wahoos News Release
Blue Wahoos starter Chad Rogers has been placed on the disabled list with a right wrist sprain retro to 6/12. His last start was on 6/2 at Montgomery where he left after just 3.1 innings having allowed three runs. The right-hander is 3-2 with a 2.08 ERA in 11 starts with Pensacola this season.
In a corresponding move, RHP Jamie Walczak has been transferred to Pensacola from Bakersfield. Pensacola will be Walczak's third stop in the Reds organization this season. He began the season with Dayton and made 39 appearances before getting promoted to Bakersfield. He had four saves in eight games with the Blaze. Over 9.2 innings he fanned 11 batters and allowed no runs.
Walczak was a 15th round selection of the Reds out of Mercyhurst College in 2009.
