MCALLEN, TEXAS - The NBA Development League Rio Grande Valley Vipers and Performance Therapeutics announced today they are holding a free youth basketball clinic at Performance Therapeutics in Weslaco (1210 E. 8th St.) tomorrow beginning at 8:00 a.m.
