
Victory Field to Host IHSAA State Finals

INDIANAPOLIS -- Eight Indiana high school baseball programs are scheduled to take part in the 44th Annual IHSAA State Finals at Victory Field on Friday, June 18 and Saturday, June 19.
One contest, the Class 1A game featuring Lafayette Central Catholic against Tecumseh, will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, June 18, while the three remaining contests, featuring the Class 2A, 3A and 4A participants, will start at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 19.
On Saturday, Delphi and Heritage Christian will square off in the 2A contest at 1 p.m., Andrean and Jasper will face one another in the 3A game at 4:00 p.m. and Carroll (Fort Wayne) and Indianapolis Cathedral will wrap up the day's events in the 4A match up at 8:00 p.m.
Each day of the IHSAA State Finals is considered its own session and tickets are available for $9 each day. All fans must purchase a ticket to be admitted to Victory Field, but children five years of age and younger will be admitted free of charge.
Limited parking is available at Victory Field for $5. Victory Field is located at 501 West Maryland Street on the southwest corner of downtown Indianapolis. Additional parking can be located at White River State Park or the Indiana Government Center Parking Garage.
