Velocity Sports to Host "Train Like a Firecat Night" Monday June 4

Estero, FL- The Florida Firecats announced today that they are teaming with Velocity Sports Performance in Naples to hold their 1st ever train like a Firecat with area youth football players.

On Monday June 4th youth football players (7-12 years old) will work right along side the Firecats learning how to train like a professional athlete. The Firecats will pass along fundamentals and techniques that they have learned over the years.

"All of us have picked up certain things over the years that have helped to make us better," said Firecats coach Kevin Bouis. "Our guys love to take time and share what they have learned and to help get kids fired up about playing football."

The train like a Firecat night is open to any child between the ages of 7-12. The program is free, but space will be limited to the first 50 children who register for the event. To register contact Velocity Sports Performance in Naples by calling 649-FAST (3278).
