Jacksonville, Fla. - The Jacksonville Suns have made the following transactions on Tuesday August 18:
P Carlos Vasquez has been reassigned to the New Orleans Zephyrs of the Triple-A Pacific Coast League.
P Jay Voss has returned to the active roster from the temporary inactive list.
The Suns have 24 active players, the Southern League maximum, with one Major League rehabilitation assignment and eight players on the disabled list.
